Welcome to Azanite. By accessing or using our website www.azanite.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. About Us

Azanite is a UAE-registered business that sells abayas and imitation jewelry, with plans to expand its product offerings in the future. We currently only accept and deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Products & Orders

We offer both in-stock items and custom-made or pre-order products upon customer request. All orders are subject to product availability.

You are not required to create an account to place an order. However, you are responsible for ensuring that all personal and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes (if any). We accept a range of payment options, including:

  • Credit and Debit Cards

  • Apple & Google Pay and similar providers (as shown at checkout)

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided the item has not already been processed or shipped. We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests after this period.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all orders within 5-7 business days across the UAE. Orders are fulfilled by our in-house delivery service.

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above a certain amount, as stated on our homepage and during checkout.

  • For orders below that threshold, standard delivery charges may apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds within 7 days of receiving the order, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item is not a custom or made-to-order product

  • The item is not a clearance/final sale item

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, designs, branding, logos, and text—is the property of Azanite and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Azanite is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products

  • Delays in delivery beyond our control

  • Misuse or improper handling of products by the customer

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
