1. Where We Ship

Currently, we only ship orders within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Orders placed after 5 PM or on public holidays may be processed the next working day.

• Delivery times may vary slightly during sales, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Methods

We deliver all orders through our in-house delivery team or 3rd part courier service to ensure reliable and prompt service.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping is offered on orders above a certain amount, as indicated on our homepage and during checkout.

• Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur a standard delivery fee displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery Attempts

• If first attempt fails, a second delivery attempt may be made within 1–2 business days

• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled and refunded (minus shipping costs)

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Azanite is not liable for:

• Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

• Delivery issues resulting from customer unavailability
