You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

• The item is not a custom-made, pre-order, or made-to-order product

• The item is not a final sale or clearance item

• The item has no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

2. Reasons Accepted for Returns

Returns are accepted for the following standard reasons:

• Wrong item received

• Item damaged during delivery

• Defective item

• Size or color mismatch (if not due to custom order)

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products

• Items worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Items returned after 7 days of receipt

• Sale or discounted items

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• If the item does not meet our return criteria, we may decline the refund and return the item to you

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost

• For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

7. Refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as cash refunds are not possible.
